About this proposal

Pemberton Vale Underwriters — Offshore Energy Package. This proposal covers physical damage to a fixed or floating installation, and optionally Control of Well (OEE) and Loss of Production Income (LOPI). The first two sections are all we need for an indicative quote. Your broker or our underwriting team then completes the asset schedule, wells, loss history and documents with you. All amounts are in US dollars.
